Let’s celebrate the bounty of the season in this fresh and vibrant new class. Learn chef tips and tricks for perfectly searing steak and make an irresistible crab lemon butter sauce! Then we’ll learn how to make a spring vegetable risotto and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Finish the evening with a decadent vanilla creme bruleé with fresh berries. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Spring Salad with Blackened Shrimp, Oranges, Feta, Red Onions, Avocado, Peas, and Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Steak with a Creamy Crab Lemon Butter Sauce
Spring Vegetable Risotto with Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs
Oven Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan
Vanilla Creme Bruleé with Fresh Berries

Pricing & Gratuity:
$90 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. 
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. 

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
