Blackened Shrimp and Grits – A southern staple that’ll be sure to warm your soul
Southern Succotash – Fresh sweet corn, okra, lima beans, tomatoes, and onions all cooked in bacon
Hummingbird Cake – Southern classic cake with pineapples, bananas, pecans, and cream cheese frosting

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
