Indulge in the warmth and hospitality of the South at JAX Cooking Studio. Join us for a morning of culinary exploration as we guide you through the creation of classic Southern brunch dishes. From chicken and waffles to key lime pie, experience the rich flavors and traditions that make Southern brunching a true delight. Enjoy mimosas, wine, and coffee while you cook.

Menu:
Crispy Bacon and Pimento Cheese Tart – Oven roasted on puff pastry with green onion garnish
Buttermilk Brined Fried Chicken and Waffles with a Hot Honey Drizzle
Fresh Side Salad of Greens, Arugula, Feta, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Lemon Vinaigrette
Prosciutto Wrapped Melon with Balsamic Glaze
Key Lime Pie – Sweet way to end the perfect southern brunch

Pricing & Gratuity:
$70 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. 
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. 

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
