Come celebrate National Cheese Lovers Day at JAX Cooking Studio! In this class you’ll enjoy different varieties of vino and cheese and start thinking about wine beyond the glass! Cheers to cooking with alcohol AND cheese in every course because there is nothing more satisfying. In this class, we’ll add cheese and wine to our skillets, stir it in our risotto, and finish with red wine and mascarpone in our dessert. There will also be plenty of wine to enjoy in our glasses while we cook!

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
