Whether you’re considering eating less meat or giving it up entirely, the health benefits are eating more plants are well-established. In this class, we will use a variety of vegetables, whole grains, and nuts to create enticing vegan recipes. You will see how easy they are to prepare and how delicious they are to eat! Come with a healthy appetite! Complimentary wine is included.
This class is part of of the Five Week Spring Cooking Series. The classes are suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher.

Pricing:
$70 per person
Adult Series: $350 for the entire 5 week series.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
