With a chill in the air, there is nothing more comforting than soul food. We will take some southern dishes and use plant-based alternatives that have the rich flavors, bold spices, and delicious results. From the fan favorite fried green tomatoes to the hearty “scallops” and grits, and finishing with pecan pie bars, you’re sure to leave full and satisfied. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Fried Green Tomatoes with Guest Made Pimento “Cheese”
Blackened King Oyster Mushroom “Scallop” and Grits
Stewed Chard and Tomatoes
Vegan Pecan Pie Bars

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
