Moroccan cuisine is a melting pot of Arabic and Mediterranean cuisines with European and Sub-Saharan influences. It uses very unique and bold flavors and is sure to be a cuisine you’ll be craving more of! Our chef will guide you through each recipe, as you create your own plant based Moroccan spread. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Shishito Pepper Hummus with Olives with House Made Vegan Pita
Roasted Carrots and Beets with Tahini “Yogurt”
Portabella Steak with Harissa Crust and Lemon Garlic Potatoes
Almond “Cigars”- Mix nuts, agave, and spices wrapped in phyllo dough

Pricing:
$65 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.

Gratuity
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
