Our Pastry Chef will teach tips and tricks for making delicate and oh-so-delicious petit fours. These bite-sized decorative cakes are often served at bridal showers, baby showers, tea parties, weddings, and holiday parties. Petit fours make an elegant and beautiful addition to any party.
Note: this class is focused on assembly and decoration of petit fours, each guest will use a house made sheet cake to cut and assemble.
Adults: $60 per person
Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
