Let’s celebrate the end of 2024 and share a toast as we welcome in 2025. From appetizers to dessert we’ll incorporate sparkling wines into every course, so let the bubbles keep flowing! Join us for a fun-filled evening where we showcase using bubbly to create delicious dishes in this dazzling new menu. Complimentary wine, sparkling and still, will be served during the cooking experience. Cheers!

Scallops with Fresh Champagne Citrus Sauce on a Bed of Greens
Pan Seared Succulent Filet with a Mushroom Shallot Cream Sauce
Champagne Risotto with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Parmesan
Oven Roasted Champagne Asparagus with Fresh Lemon
Champagne Berry Tiramisu – Updated classic with mixed berries and champagne

Pricing:
$100 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
