Join us at JAX Cooking Studio as we take a culinary tour of Napa, our chef will guide you through each recipe as you create your own wine country spread. Learn you to make a decadent mushroom arancini with a truffle vinaigrette, how to perfectly seared duck, and simmer wine poached pears over ice cream! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Wild Mushroom Arancini with Parsley Truffle Vinaigrette On a Bed of Mixed Greens
Seared Duck Breast with Red Wine Reduction
Goat Cheese Smashed Potatoes
Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Wine Poached Pears with Sweetened Mascarpone Whip Cream and Candied Nuts, Served Over Vanilla Ice Cream

Pricing:
$85 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
