Mirror Glaze Cake Make and Take

Our pastry chef will lead you through step-by-step in making your own show-stopping cake. You will start by baking a vanilla cake and applying a buttercream frosting. In this process, you’ll learn the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat, and the top frosting layer. Next, you will make and color your mirror glaze. Adults: $60
Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
