Whether you’re a brunch enthusiast or just love a good mimosa, this class will show you how to craft a perfect spread of brunch delights, all paired with a refreshing mimosas. You’ll learn how to create gourmet dishes that are perfect for a relaxed, elegant morning with friends. Each dish is designed to complement flavors of classic mimosa, making your next brunch the talk of the town. Complimentary wine, mimosas (with a juice bar!), and coffee will be offered during this cooking experience.

Savory Smoked Salmon and Avocado Toast with Red Onions, Cucumbers, and Fresh Herbs
Bacon and Vegetable Frittata with Asparagus, Onion, Mushrooms, and Cheddar

AGE POLICIES:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
