Hocus Pocus Seafood Feast

Are you ready to brew up some bewitching dishes inspired by Hocus Pocus? Come grab your broomsticks and fly to JAX Cooking Studio for a chef-guided dinner class that will have you cooking like a Sanderson Sister!  Dress up in your Halloween costume, if you’d like for additional fun! We’ll be dancing until we die (or actually until 9pm.)  Complimentary wine will be available to adults during this event.

Menu:
Dead Man’s Chungs – Delicious crab cakes with remoulade sauce
I Smell Scrod – Panko crusted cod filet with a delicious lemon butter sauce
Black Flame Candill Potatoes – Goat cheese, dill, and garlic smashed potatoes
Black Magic Brussels Sprouts – Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple syrup
Brownie Boooooook! – Brownies decorated with royal icing with a creepy watchful eye
Red or White Wine

Pricing & Gratuity:
$85 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)
$175 Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner.)

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
