Harry Potter Feast

Come celebrate International Harry Potter Day! You’ve officially received your Acceptance Letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Come cook a Harry Potter inspired feast with us while you immerse yourself in this whimsical world fit for witches, wizards, and muggles alike. Dress as your favorite character, if you wish, for a chance to win prizes. The butterbeer will be flowing! Wine will also be served during the cooking experience.

Mandrake Salad with Weasley’s Dragon-Roasted Nuts – Greens with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and champagne vinaigrette
Hogwarts Pan Sear Sirloin Steak with Bacon Balsamic Glaze
Professor Sprout’s Roasted Buttery Garlic Brussels Sprouts
Golden Snitch Potatoes – Mashed golden yellow potatoes with goat cheese and butter
Pumpkin Pasties with House Made Chocolate Frog

Pricing:
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
