You’ve officially received your Acceptance Letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Come cook a Harry Potter inspired feast with us this Halloween weekend! Immerse yourself in this whimsical world fit for witches, wizards, and muggles alike! Dress as your favorite character, if you wish, for a chance to win prizes. The butterbeer will be flowing! Wine will also be served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Mandrake Salad with Weasley’s Dragon-Roasted Nuts – Mixed greens with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, edible flowers, and champagne vinaigrette
Fiery Dragon Roast – Chili pepper marinated and seared steak with spicy sauce, as spicy as you like it
Floo Network Green Beans – Tender green beans with garlic and lemon
Golden Snitch Potatoes – Golden yellow potatoes with goat cheese and butter
Pumpkin Pasties with House Made Chocolate Frog

$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
