It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Gather your friends and escape from the stress of the week for a fun afternoon cooking delicious small plates. You’ll learn how to make focaccia from scratch, sear the perfect scallops, and so much more! Enjoy bubbly cocktails, including lemon and raspberry sparkling wine, and wine during the cooking experience!

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
