Step into the mysterious world of gourmet cooking in this first ever Halloween Feast cooking class. This hands-on class is designed for food lovers who want to celebrate the spookiest night of the year with a show stopping, eerie yet elegant dinner. Learn to prepare a hauntingly delicious meal that blends rich flavors with a touch of dark magic. Dress in your favorite costume, if you dare, and get ready to cook up a feast that’s to die fore! Wine will be flowing during the cooking experience.

“Poison” Apple Salad with Walnuts, Blue Cheese, Red Onions, and Maple Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Prime Sirloin with Blood Red Cherry, Wine Sauce
Witch’s Cauldron Butternut Squash Risotto
Charred Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic Glaze
Death by Chocolate Mousse – Sweet and sinful end to the night

Pricing:
$85 per person

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
