In this first ever Halloween inspired brunch cooking class, we’ll dive into the spooky and delicious world of Halloween. The menu features a variety of creative and flavorful recipes that are as fun to make as they are to eat. Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party or just want to celebrate the season in a unique brunch, this class will leave you with plenty of inspiration and new culinary tricks up your sleeve. Complimentary Vampire Mimosas (made with pomegranate juice), nonalcoholic witches brew, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
“Bloody” Beet Salad with Pears, Walnuts, Feta, Bacon, and Dijon Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Fall Frittata – With Asparagus, roasted red pepper, onion, and goat cheese
Mummy Wrapped Breakfast Sausage – Learn to make sausage, then wrap in puff pastry to look like a mummy
Monster Mash Hash – Roasted sweet potatoes with onions and smashed avocado
Doughnut Eyeballs – Baked pumpkin doughnuts decorated to look like a spooky eye

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
