French Cooking with Julia

Julia Child is one of the most beloved culinarians of our time! Chefs and home-cooks alike have drawn inspiration from her over the years. Join us in the studio for an evening of fun, cooking some of Julia’s most loved dishes! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Gourgeres with Smoked Salmon Mousse
Poisson a la Grenobloise (pan fried fish with lemon caper sauce)
Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
Pommes Souffles (pan fried, puffed potatoes)
Decadent Chocolate Mousse
Pricing:
Adults: $65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
