Fourth of July Cake Make and Take

Our pastry chef leads you through making and decorating a stunning Fourth of July cake in this fun holiday class! You will bake your own white cake layers, make buttercream frosting, and then decorate your cake in an Independence Day theme. You’ll learn and practice the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat and a final coat of icing. The chef will share pro tricks for adding tall decorations to your cake. Using house-made marshmallows, you will cut star shapes to sit atop your cake. Share your spectacular cake with family and friends on July 4th! Note: we will provide pre-made red cake layers to alternate with the white cake layers you bake. Complimentary wine served during class to adults.

Adults or children over the age of 10 coming alone: $60 per person
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $40. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one cake together. If you and your child would like to each make your own cake, please register for two adult tickets.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
