Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make incredibly easy and tasty broiled shrimp with a rich Parmesan risotto. We will finish the evening with a delicious chocolate mousse!
