Come celebrate mom a day early for Mother’s Day on Saturday! Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious Parmesan herb crusted salmon with a wild mushroom risotto and asparagus. We will finish the evening with a beautiful crème bruleè!

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
