Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious tilapia piccata stuffed with crabmeat. We will finish the evening with a beautiful rustic apple tart!
