Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious salmon with a dill champagne sauce and wild mushroom risotto. We will finish the evening with a beautiful chocolate mousse! Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Seared Scallops with Shaved Fennel, Radish, Apples, Feta, and Orange Vinaigrette Salad
Crispy Salmon with Creamy Lemon Dill Champagne Sauce
Buttery Wild Mushroom, Parmesan, and Tomato Risotto
Oven Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic
Decadent Chocolate Mousse with Home Made Whipped Chantilly

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
