Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops. You’ll also make a Mahi Mahi piccata in a rich savory butter sauce of briny capers, thyme, and lemon. We will finish the evening with a beautiful rustic apple tart! Complimentary wine will be served.

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
