Father’s Day Brunch with Bubbles

Start Father’s Day off in sparkling fashion with a delicious brunch in which we incorporate champagne into every course. Learn to craft an unforgettable champagne-infused brunch that will leave your taste buds tingling with delight. From appetizer to dessert, the champagne will be flowing! Enjoy bubbly mimosas during the cooking experience.

Mixed Greens with Fresh Berries, Candied Nuts, Goat Cheese, and Champagne Vinaigrette
Eggs Benedict with Champagne Hollandaise Sauce
Million Dollar Champagne Bacon
Waffles with Smashed Strawberry Champagne Sauce and Chantilly Cream

Pricing:
$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket
$155 for Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (Alternatively, when buying individual tickets, you’ll cook with your partner at an induction cooktop, and you’ll dine with other guests in the class.)

Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
