Embrace the flavors of the fall season as you create delicious dishes with produce from your local farmer’s market. From sweet potato and bacon fritters, to an autumn frittata with maple pork sausage, we’ll end the brunch on a sweet note with a spiced pear tart. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or culinary enthusiast, this class promises to inspire and delight your senses. Complimentary mimosas, wine, and coffee will be served during this cooking experience.

Crispy Sweet Potato and Bacon Fritter with Dill Sour Cream Sauce
Fall Vegetable Frittata with Butternut Squash, Ricotta, Onion, and Spinach
From Scratch, Seared Maple-Glazed Pork Sausage
Farmer’s Fresh Autumn Salad with Apples, Cranberries, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Spiced Pear Tart on Puff Pastry with Whipped Vanilla Chantilly

Pricing:
$70 per person
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
