Come don a lei and learn to prepare a festive Hawaiian feast! Our chef will guide you on a tropical journey which includes cooking Hawaiian meatballs for our appetizer, then flavorful Huli Huli Chicken and a Hawaiian coleslaw. We’ll finish our feast on a sweet note with a pineapple upside down cake that is fit-for-the-gods. Enjoy complimentary wine during the class.

Hawaiian Meatballs – Beef meatballs drenched in a pineapple honey soy sauce
Huli Huli Chicken – Pan charred chicken basted in a sweet sauce
Hawaiian Coleslaw – Twist on a southern favorite side
Fried Rice (House Made)
Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Pricing:
Adults and children 13 or older: $65
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $50 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
