In this new class you’ll learn to create a sumptuous three-course meal featuring an array of exquisite seafood dishes. From oysters Rockefeller to salmon wellington, you’ll be a top chef in no time. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Oysters Rockefeller – Roasted oysters topped with spinach, parmesan, bacon, and panko
Salmon Wellington – Salmon fillets wrapped in puff pastry with a layer of spinach herbed cream cheese, baked to golden perfection, served with dill cream sauce
Creamy Lemon Herbed Risotto with Sauvignon Blanc
Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with Honey Drizzle
Decadent Chocolate Mousse with Home Made Whipped Chantilly

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
