Earth Day Inspired Treats

Join us this Earth Day weekend for an afternoon of earthly inspired treats! In this class, we’ll have fun celebrating Earth Day by making cupcakes that look like succulents, mousse that will inspire you to compost, and sugar cookies that look like your favorite garden veggies. You’ll eat some in the studio and take the rest home to share with the ones you love most. Complimentary wine will be served during this class.

Menu:
Blooming Succulent Cupcakes  – Cupcakes that look like garden plants, with house made buttercream frosting
Vegetable Garden Cookies – Sugar cookies decorated with veggies made from fondant
Compost Mousse – Chocolate mousse with cookie crumble, and a tiny tree sprouting

Pricing: 
Adults and children over 13: $65
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
