Decadent Stuffed Meats and Sauces

In this class, we will take standard grocery store proteins and turn them into elegant dinners perfect for entertaining guests. We will pack chicken, salmon, and pork with an extra layer of flavor and bring a little stuffin’ action into your year-round meal rotation. You will eat what you prepare are take the rest home. Come with a healthy appetite! Complimentary wine is included.
This class is part of of the Five Week Spring Cooking Series. The classes are suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
