Croissants and Danish Pastries

Come celebrate Croissant Day at JAX Cooking Studio! Our pastry chef will teach you to make amazingly versatile laminated dough. Each guest will make their own batch of this multi-layered, buttery dough dough to take home and use later. In class, you will use chef-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating an assortment of croissants and delicious Danish-style pastries to enjoy at home.
Croissants – plain, ham & cheese, and chocolate
Bear Claws with almonds and raisins
Cronuts – the perfect marriage between a doughnut and croissant
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
