Come learn how to make croissants at JAX Cooking Studio! Our pastry chef will teach you to make amazingly versatile laminated dough. Each guest will make their own batch of this multi-layered, buttery dough dough to take home and use later. In class, you will use chef-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating an assortment of croissants and delicious Danish-style pastries to enjoy at home.
