Embrace the warm, comforting flavors of autumn in this new and exciting brunch class. Learn essential cooking techniques while preparing a delicious assortment of both sweet and savory dishes. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or culinary enthusiast, you’ll leave with new recipes and a full heart (and stomach) as you enjoy your culinary creations. Complimentary mimosas, wine, and coffee will be served during this cooking experience.

Bacon, Pear, and Goat Cheese Tart Drizzled with Honey
Autumn Eggs Benedict – English muffin topped with guest made maple turkey sausage, poached eggs, and brown butter sage hollandaise
Sweet Potato Hash with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Onion, and Garlic
Fresh Autumn Salad with Apples, Cranberries, Feta, Walnuts, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Spiced Apple Bread Pudding with Bourbon Vanilla Glaze

Pricing:
$70 per person
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
