Let’s celebrate the end of 2021 and share a toast as we bid adieu to the seemingly longest year in history. From appetizers to dessert we’ll incorporate sparkling wines into every course, so let the bubbles keep flowing! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon where we showcase using bubbly to create delicious dishes in this surf and turf designed menu. Complimentary wine, sparkling and still, will be served during the cooking experience. Cheers!

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
