Come celebrate International Beer Day! Join us in the studio for an evening of fun where beer takes center stage in every course! Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or a culinary aficionado, this class offers a fun and educational experience that brings together the best of both worlds. Complimentary Island Coastal Lager beer (and wine!) will be served during the cooking experience.

Mixed Greens Salad with Blue Cheese, Pears, Walnuts, and Citrus-Beer Vinaigrette
Guinness Marinated Seared Steak with Mushrooms, Garlic, and Rosemary
Beer-Battered Onions Rings made with Island Coastal Lager Beer

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
