Come celebrate National Beer Day! Join us in the studio for an evening of fun learning to utilize beer in food! In this class, the chef with guide you through the ins and outs of cooking with your favorite beers. Complimentary beer (and wine!) will be served during the cooking experience.

From Scratch Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dipping Sauce
Lager Marinated Chicken with a Creamy Beer Mushroom Gravy
Beer Braised Kale and Apples with Bacon
House Made Roasted Potatoes
Chocolate Stout Cake with Bailey’s Cheesecake Mousse and Irish Whiskey Ganache (house-made)

Pricing:
Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
