Come for the Rum

Move over wine, here comes rum to add complex flavor and deliciousness to our meal. We will put some spirit in our skillet to punch up the flavor of our dishes! Then because rum lends itself to both savory and sweet dishes, we’ll get a little wild and add it to each of our courses from appetizers, to side, to dessert! Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets: When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
