In this fun new class you’ll learn how to cook your classic steakhouse favorites from wedge salad to a perfectly seared steak and finish off the night with a fan favorite chocolate lava cake! Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience!

Montreal- Style Crusted Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms
Roasted Asparagus with Hollandaise
Potatoes Romanoff- Baked and grated potatoes folded into creamy sour cream and cheeses
House-Made Yeast Rolls with Butter
Chocolate Lava cake with Kahlua Whipped Cream
Pricing:
Adults: $80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
