Citrus Sweets

Come celebrate all things citrus at JAX Cooking Studio! Join us for a chef guided sweets tour that will have you puckering up for more! Get a taste of these tropical fruits by enjoying lemon bars, orange Bundt cake, lime cupcakes, and finishing with sabayon! Complimentary wine and lemonade will be served during this event.

Lemon Bars Dusted with Powdered Sugar
Orange Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze
Lime Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
Champagne Sabayon with Fresh Grapefruit
Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity: Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
