Join us for an elegant and effervescent culinary experience in this brand new, hands-on cooking class. You will learn how to create a sophisticated brunch menu where champagne is the star in every course. From appetizer to dessert, the champagne will be flowing! Enjoy bubbly mimosas, wine, and coffee during the cooking experience.

Mixed Greens with Fresh Berries, Candied Nuts, Goat Cheese, and Champagne Vinaigrette
Prosecco Poached Shrimp with Butter, Lemon, and Fresh Herbs
Creamy and Cheesy Cheddar Grits with Champagne Bacon Crumble
Crispy Oven Roasted Champagne Asparagus
Waffles with Smashed Strawberry Champagne Sauce and House-made Chantilly Cream

Price:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
