Let’s take a culinary journey to the Red Rocks of Sedona as we put a creative Southwest spin on some American brunch favorites. From fan favorite huevos rancheros to an upgraded cinnamon roll with a Mexican chocolate glaze, you’ll be transported to Arizona in no time. Mimosas, wine, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Arizona Chopped Salad – Black beans, jicama, corn, avocado, guest made buttermilk ranch
Huevos Rancheros – 2 eggs your style with crispy corn tortilla, bean puree, salsa fresca, queso fresco
Roasted Breakfast Potatoes with Onions and Bell Peppers
Cinnamon Rolls with a Mexican Chocolate Glaze

Price:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
