Transport yourself this Sunday to NOLA and have some fun in the kitchen making an elegant brunch from scratch! From crab cake benedict to beignets, you’ll be waving your Mardi Gras beads in no time! Mimosas, sparkling cider, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Sunburst Salad, with Cranberries and Almonds served with Raspberry Vinaigrette
Crab Cakes Benedict with Guest Made Hollandaise
Brabant Potatoes Roasted with Fresh Herbs
Fluffy Beignets Loaded with Powdered Sugar
Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
