Baking is one of the most delicate of culinary arts, requiring careful and precise measurements, ingredients, cooking temperatures, and techniques. Although baking can be intimidating to some, our pastry chef will share reliable recipes, and tips and techniques to set up you for success as a baker. We will create a delicious array of both sweet and savory baked goods. Enjoy some in the studio and take the rest home to dazzle your family and friends! Complimentary wine is included.
This class is part of of the Five Week Spring Cooking Series. The classes are suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher.

French Chocolate Mousse

Pricing:
$70 per person
Adult Series: $350 for the entire 5 week series.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
