Join us as we cook a menu filled with delicious fall flavors found in traditional southern restaurants. Our chef will guide you through each recipe as you create your own feast, and you’ll leave with the culinary skills to recreate this tasty meal in your own home. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussel Sprout Salad with Blue Cheese and a Maple – Apple Dijon Vinaigrette
Honey Butter Pork Chop with Southern Pear Chow-Chow – a crispy juicy pork chop basted in honey butter and topped with a classic southern-style relish made with winter fruits and vegetables
Vidalia Onion Hoppin’ John – classic hearty side dish of black eyed peas, tomatoes, sweet onions, and tons of flavor
Tasso Ham Risotto – a robust and smoky ham is the base of our flavor in this luscious risotto
House Made Buttermilk Pie – creamy and slightly tangy with a buttery crust, the perfect end to a southern feast
Pricing:
$65 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
