Autumn Harvest Dinner

Embrace the cozy and comforting flavors of fall as we make a delicious dinner using some of the season’s most beloved ingredients. From warm spices to hearty vegetables, our chef will guide you through crafting a delightful menu that captures the essence of fall. Get ready to savor the tastes of the season. Complimentary wine will be available to adults during your cooking experience.
Menu:
Butternut Bisque with Toasted Pepitas – A creamy bisque with the sweet flavor of butternut squash and the salty crunch of toasted pepitas
Seared Apple Cider Glazed Chicken – Elevate your chicken game with a delectable apple cider glaze with thyme, and a hint of tangy Dijon mustard
Pumpkin and Brown Butter Risotto – Learn the technique for creating a creamy risotto infused with pumpkin and the nutty richness of browned butter
Crispy Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Goat Cheese
Caramel Apple Tart – Cinnamon and sugar sprinkled apples on top of puff pastry, drizzled with caramel

Pricing & Gratuity:
$80 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)
$165 Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner.)
Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!
If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
