Celebrate the bountiful harvest of fall with this vibrant new class. Embrace the rich flavors and seasonal produce as you learn to prepare delicious dishes that feature everything autumn. From a farm fresh autumn salad to seared chicken thighs with mushroom risotto and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, we’ll finish the night with a pumpkin bread pudding. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or culinary enthusiast, this class promises to inspire and delight your senses. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Farmer’s Fresh Autumn Salad with Kale, Roasted Butternut Squash, Pomegranate Seeds, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Maple Vinaigrette

Pricing:

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
