With a crisp breeze in the air, let’s kick up our brunch game. Join us for a cozy culinary experience that celebrates the fresh ingredients and comforting aromas of fall. We will use autumn flavors and inspiration when crafting both sweet and savory dishes in this delicious new brunch class. Complimentary Mimosas, apple cider, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Fresh Mixed Salad with Cranberries, Feta Cheese, and Walnuts Topped with a Delicious Bacon Vinaigrette
Butternut Squash, Goat Cheese, and Sausage Quiche with Guest Made Flaky Crust
Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Hash with Brussels Sprouts and Apples
Pumpkin Spice Waffles with Maple Pecan Syrup and Chef Made Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
