Celebrate the magic of fall in our Autumn Baking Delights class. We’ll immerse ourselves in the delightful tastes and aromas of fall as we create sweet and savory dishes that capture the essence of the season. Roll up your sleeves, grab an apron, and let’s bake up some heartwarming treats! Each guest will make a batch of each recipe to take home to enjoy. Complimentary wine will be served to adults.

Menu:
Butternut Squash and Sage Galette with Flaky Pastry Crust – a delicious pastry filled with roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions, fresh sage, and goat cheese
Apple Fritters – Luscious deep fried donuts filled with apples, and cinnamon and drizzled with glaze
Savory Rosemary and Cheddar Scones – Rosemary and sharp cheddar in a buttery dough
No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake – Gingersnap crust filled with a swirl of spiced pumpkin cream cheese filling

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
