An Evening Savoring the Sea

Come savor the flavors of the ocean at JAX Cooking Studio. Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. From fan favorite tuna tartare to ending the evening with a decadent chocolate lava cake! We will also make a delicious crab stuffed salmon with side vegetable orzo and oven roasted asparagus. Complimentary wine will be served during this event.

Pan Seared Crab Stuffed Salmon with Champagne Lemon Cream Sauce
Orzo with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Tomatoes
Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic
Chocolate Lava Cake with Chef Made Vanilla Chantilly

$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
